Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached before placing them in secure packaging.
Print and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
